Just in Time for Foster Youth reaches a mission milestone on May 1, 2017 — when we move into our new youth-friendly space at 4560 Alvarado Canyon Road!

We’re pleased to share that our new offices are visible from Highway 8, off Mission Gorge Road, and right across the street from the Grantville Trolley Station (pictured below). It’s an exciting new chapter in the JIT story because it brings our staff, including Youth Services, Volunteer Engagement, Investor Stewardship, and Administration, under one roof for the very first time. And My First Home storage facilities will also be close by within the same complex which means youth can be served more efficiently!

The move will be complete as Foster Care Month begins in May. Are you as excited as we are? We hope so and we can’t wait to meet and greet you there. We’ll have a number of open house gatherings and hosted meetings to engage the community and welcome youth into a space that reinforces JIT’s mission and enhances its impact. Stay Tuned!

Last but certainly not least, JIT thanks Casey Family Programs for the generous pro-bono space we’ve enjoyed for the last eight plus years.

We would NOT be where we are today without their incredible generosity and we hope to have a continuing presence at 3878 Old Town Avenue several times a week to support Casey’s original intent of giving youth access to collaborative assistance at one location.

If you’re inspired, please consider donating to cover our moving expenses, or contact us to let us know how you might be able to help JIT during the transition.
