In our FY2019 Annual Gratitude Report, we look back at an extraordinary series of accomplishments that go higher than any aspirations we could have imagined in years past. It includes impactful stories of youth-centered services, powerful volunteer engagement and visionary investments delivered in combination with growing partnerships, significant collaborations and supportive networks that nurture lasting change.

We are excited to announce our newest service, Guide to Greatness! G2G combines elements of our core services into a holistic resource focused on building financial literacy, establishing and maintaining healthy relationships, and encouraging professional development for participants in North County.

Our College Bound service is helping transition age foster youth succeed in college and beyond — and they are proving they are more than worth the investment! Out of over 500 youth who have joined College Bound, 80% have conquered their college career – that’s as much as 26 times the national graduation rate for former foster youth!

Our new NEXTjobs initiative is equipping youth with the skills and resources that will help them succeed in the modern job market! By encouraging a skills-based, growth mindset, our youth are gaining the tools they need to excel in the evolving employment ecosystem.
