Impact Measurement Analyst II

JOIN THE JIT TEAM!

Help Just in Time understand, communicate, and strengthen the impact we’re making with transition-age foster youth.

Are you someone who enjoys finding meaning in data, asking thoughtful questions, and turning information into insights that help organizations do better? Do you like working with people to understand their experiences and then using what you learn to improve programs and services?

As our Impact Measurement Analyst II, you’ll be an important part of the Impact Measurement team at Just in Time for Foster Youth. You’ll partner with the Director of Impact Measurement to implement and maintain JIT’s measurement plan, with a particular focus on qualitative measurement that centers youth voice and lived experience.

You’ll help collect, organize, analyze, and communicate what we’re learning about our impact—from conducting interviews and listening sessions to identifying themes in qualitative data and bringing those insights together with quantitative information. Your work will help teams strengthen services, make informed decisions, and better understand the difference JIT is making in the lives of young people.

This is a great role for someone who is curious, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about using both data and lived experience to drive meaningful improvement.
