Just in Time’s partnerships continue to open doors for young people ready to move forward. This month, two participants experienced firsthand what happens when preparation meets community support.
Naliyah Edwards received a donated vehicle through the Drive to Success partnership with Stacy and Chuck DenHerder, marking a major step toward greater independence and opportunity. For participants who have worked to earn their licenses and build financial readiness, this moment represents more than transportation. It signals stability and possibility.
For Skye Lowe, the journey came full circle. After his previous vehicle unexpectedly stopped working, the community showed up once again. Volunteer Mike Anderson, who first met Skye through Just in Time events, donated a vehicle and personally drove him to receive it.
These moments reflect the strength of relationships at the heart of this work, where generosity and preparation come together to keep young people moving forward.
