ServiceNow recently joined forces with Just in Time for Foster Youth to assemble 100 thoughtfully curated welcome bags for new participants. When a young person reaches out to Just in Time, it’s often during a challenging transition. Our goal is to greet them with warmth, reassurance, and a clear sense that they belong here.

The custom, JIT-designed totes include stickers, a piggy bank, $50 food card, stress ball, journal, portable charger, air freshener, and a welcome flyer. Our intention is for each item to be related to a services Just in Time offers, a small symbol of financial fitness, self-care, connection, and growth.

Thanks to ServiceNow volunteers, the bags were assembled with care and enthusiasm, reflecting the supportive culture participants will experience at JIT. Presented at the end of participants’ Just in Time orientations, these bags are a tangible gesture of appreciation and an invitation to join a community committed to helping foster youth thrive.
