In 2024, Just in Time for Foster Youth has committed to outreach beyond the 3,000 local youth we currently serve. Which is why we are “scaling by sharing” our proven theory of change with like-minded organizations to create a “100K Community” within 10 years.
Recently, Just in Time’s Chief Advocacy & Community Empowerment Officer, Simone Hidds-Monroe and Impact Measurement Strategist, James Hidds-Monroe touchdown in St. George, Utah to give the keynote speech at Angel’s Landing’s Couch Conversations: Honoring Lived Experience Voices of Foster Care Convention.

Angels Landing Visits JIT Office in March of 2023
While Simone and James spread the word in St. George, Just in Time welcomed members of Omni Family Foundation all the way from Tennessee. Omni staff toured the office and learned about the JIT mental model from the lived experts who run JIT services. We were beyond grateful to share our mission and our Thanksgiving table with them.
