After two decades of measurable impact to break the cycle of foster care, JIT is “scaling by sharing” our transformative model for relationship-based services and resources, led by and for youth with lived experience with child welfare systems. Like-minded organizations from coast to coast are embracing our proven theory of change to create a “100K Community” over the next 10 years.
Our “Scaling by Sharing” approach allows our partners to replicate the JIT model in ways that best fit the needs of their unique community, enhance their capacity and maximize resources for the long term.
