Just in Time For Foster Youth Lends Perspective on Spike in Teens Entering Foster Care
A rise in abuse cases in San Diego County has led to a spike in teenagers entering foster care. With a shortage of foster homes, teenagers placed at Polinsky Children’s Center has reached a five-year high.
